I wasn't able to use the product due to irritation. I paid for shipping to try the product, since it was offered as free...

never reviewed anything that indicated I would be signed up for a monthly subscription of close to $70! I was not only charged for my free product but then charged for another month. When I called, I was then informed I had been auto enrolled... I was sent a product I can't use, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

Especially when the company dupes customers. I was angry to find out that I am not able to return the product, since I can't use it.

Also, after I told the rep that it irritated my skin, she kept offering options... Ummm NO!

Stop charging my account Please cancel. My card won't work. Bank of America finally realized this is fraud.
