My wife saw the offer for a "FREE" trial of wrinkle cream from Vivid. She gave them her info. And she eventually got a little jar of product. Then, Bam, 2 more bottles of cream the same week, and another 2 bottles the following week. 1 jar for the eyes &1 for the face x 2 =$360. After the free sample, my wife called and said she didn't want the stuff; but they said too bad, the 14 day period was up. She didn't know anything about the 14 day

deal. Depending where you look, there is written notice of the 14 day

requirement- but it's hard to find. So, the operator said they would cancel

the subscription and they didn't want the product returned. The Visacostco

card company said they would dispute the charge. They credited the account the charges, but later they sent a letter saying they had investigated

the claim and found the charges valid. They are complicit in fraud as far

as I'm concerned. I'm still pondering my options. Gary Gentry
